Thank you for being here!
I believe family photos don’t have to be perfectly posed or perfectly behaved to be beautiful. In fact, some of my favourite images are the ones filled with movement, laughter, cuddles, and all the little moments that make your family yours.
My goal is to create a relaxed, fun experience where you can forget about the camera and simply enjoy being together. I’ll guide you through the session, give you prompts that create genuine connection, and keep things moving when little ones inevitably have a mind of their own.
Because one day, you’ll want to remember more than what everyone looked like. You’ll want to remember the way your kids fit into your arms, the way they laughed, the tiny hands you held, and what it felt like to have them this little.
That’s what we’re here to capture.
You Don't Have to Know How to Pose
If the thought of being in front of a camera makes you a little nervous, you’re not alone. I’m actually pretty shy myself, so I know how uncomfortable it can feel when you’re suddenly told, “Okay… now pose!”
That’s not how our sessions work.
You’ll never be left wondering what to do with your hands, where to look, or how to get your kids to cooperate. I’ll guide you through the entire session with simple poses, movement, and fun prompts designed to create genuine connection—not stiff, forced smiles.
And if your kids run, wiggle, get silly, or need a little break? We roll with it. Those moments often become some of the best photographs.
My job is to make you feel comfortable, cared for, and confident while I capture the way your family naturally interacts.
You just bring your people. I’ll take care of the rest.
About the Session
No two families are exactly alike, and your session shouldn’t feel like a one-size-fits-all photoshoot.
My sessions are relaxed, playful, and gently guided. I’ll give you direction when you need it, but I’ll also leave plenty of room for the real moments to happen naturally.
Think of it as a mix of beautiful, thoughtfully posed portraits and the laughter, cuddles, movement, and little in-between moments that make your family yours.
We’ll start with some easy walking, running, or playful prompts to help everyone settle in and get comfortable. Once we’ve broken the ice, we’ll work through a variety of family combinations and portraits. And yes, I’ll absolutely make sure we get those photos of just Mom & Dad, too!
Have a Pinterest board full of photos you love? Send it my way! I’m always happy to incorporate inspiration and ideas that fit your family and the location.
During your session, we’ll capture:

You don’t need to know how to pose, and your kids definitely don’t need to sit perfectly still.
You just show up and enjoy your family. I’ll guide the rest.

The Treasures

For the family who wants it all.
The Treasures is my full session, designed to capture all the little things you never want to forget—from the big family portraits to the belly laughs, cuddles, chaos, and tiny in-between moments.
Your experience includes:
• Up to 1-hour photography session
• Anywhere in the St. John’s Metro area
• 100+ beautifully edited images
• Full online gallery with high-resolution downloads
• One outfit change, if desired
• A relaxed, guided experience with prompts and posing throughout
Your session time is yours to enjoy. We’ll capture the must-have portraits, the individual combinations, and plenty of natural moments along the way.
The Petite
$240
Small session. Beautiful memories.
Sometimes you don't need a full hour to capture this season of your family's life. The Petite is perfect for updated family photos, milestones, a quick refresh of your frames, or families or couples who simply don't want a longer session.
Your experience includes:
• 20-minute photography session
• Beautiful Portugal Cove–St. Philip's location
• 5 beautifully edited digital images of your choice
• Online gallery for selecting and downloading your images
• Additional images available for purchase
Short, simple, and relaxed—with just enough time to capture the people you love most.
**All packages require a 50% retainer to secure your requested date.
Contract must be signed. Locations outside the St. John’s Metro Area may incur an additional travel fee.
**Prices are for a family of six (6). Each extra member will be another $25.

FAQ
Do you provide styling advice?
Don’t worry—I won’t just send you a Pinterest board and wish you luck! Once you book, you’ll receive my session prep guide with tips for choosing outfits that photograph beautifully together. And if you’re still stuck, you can let me know and I will provide a custom outfit guide with direct purchasing links based on your budget if you're looking to buy something new!
Can I include extended family in my session?
Absolutely! Extended family sessions are a wonderful way to capture special moments with loved ones. The prices listed above are for a family of six people - each additional member will be another $25.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes! I understand that budgeting for a photoshoot is an investment, so I offer payment plans to help make the process easier. The full payment does need to be made in full by the session date, however. Please reach out if you're interested in this option, and we can discuss a plan that works for you.
What if my kids won't cooperate?
Then they’re officially human! 😂Seriously, though, you don’t need perfectly behaved kids for beautiful family photos. Kids run, wiggle, get distracted, refuse to smile, and sometimes just need a minute. I expect it! I’ll keep things moving with games, prompts, movement, and plenty of opportunities for them to be themselves. We’ll never spend the whole session forcing a child to sit still and smile at the camera. And some of my favourite photos happen when the kids aren’t cooperating, because those are often the moments that show your family’s real personalities and connection.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day of my session?
I keep an eye on the weather leading up to your session. If the weather isn't cooperating, we can reschedule to another day, or we can switch to an indoor location if possible, like your home! My goal is
to make sure you have the best possible experience, rain or shine!
How long until I receive my final photos?
Your edited photos will be delivered within 3 weeks after your session. I carefully edit each image to ensure you receive only the best.
Can I bring my dog to my session?
Absolutely! Your dog is part of the family, too. I’m happy to include your furry family member in your session. We can get a few photos with everyone together, and then give your pup a little break while we focus on the rest of the family. (it might help to bring a friend or family member to look after your pup when they are done). Just let me know ahead of time if you’re bringing your dog so I can make sure we choose a location that works well for them, too!
Do you offer prints and artwork?
Yes! And I’m a big believer that your favourite photographs deserve to be more than just files sitting on your phone. I offer professional-quality prints and canvases so you can turn the images you love into something you can actually see and enjoy every day. After your session, you’ll have the opportunity to explore the artwork options available and choose the pieces that make the most sense for your home and your family. Because these memories are meant to be lived with, not just stored on a hard drive.
